Randomly pairing up files is just what happened in OSC 1.5, and I really don't think it's a fair way to judge the outcome of a simfile competition because so much of it involves chance and therefore doesn't rank all the files accordingly. Why not do BOTH.

FunkyMix & Decade Mix. Can have two contests going at the same time, although they should be two separate packs and probably two separate contests.

Not sure if this will work, but they are both good ideas for simfile packs, I may even enter Funky Mix.
